Melio accounts are tied to your email address. Make sure you're using the exact email you signed up with. Try any alternative email addresses you may have used. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead of email/password.
New Melio accounts require email verification. If you never clicked the verification link in your signup email, your account may not be activated. Check your inbox and spam folder for a verification email from Melio. Click the link to verify your account before signing in.
Melio passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure Caps Lock is off. If you're unsure of your password, use Forgot Password to reset it rather than guessing — too many wrong attempts may temporarily lock your account.
Outdated cache can cause Melio login to loop or fail silently.
Open a private/incognito browser window and try signing in. This bypasses cache and extensions. If it works in incognito, a browser extension (like an ad blocker or password manager) is causing the issue — disable them and try again in a normal window.
Use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Melio is a JavaScript app and requires an updated browser. Clear your browser updates and retry.
If you recently created a Melio account, it may need to complete identity verification before full access is granted. Check your email for any pending verification requests from Melio.
